6. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be outlined in individual purchase agreements specific to each transaction.
• Deposits may be required to secure vehicles and are subject to our refund policy as outlined in the purchase agreement.
• We accept wire transfers and other payment methods as specified during the transaction process.
• Full payment must be received before vehicle shipping is arranged.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Flex Mobi arranges shipping of purchased vehicles to your designated destination. Please be aware that:

• Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, port congestion, customs delays, and other factors beyond our control.
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the designated port or location as specified in your agreement.
• Import duties, taxes, vehicle registration fees, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We recommend obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for your vehicle during transit.
